Offer

You will hear from us with an offer within 48 hours. Our agreement is a simple, one-page contract—no confusing paperwork or hidden terms. We’ll also work with you to set the closing date and terms that fit your needs.

Contract

After the contract is signed, the transaction is processed through a trusted local title company. The title company will conduct the title search, confirming that the land has a clear title, while handling escrow for earnest money. If there are title complications or back taxes owed we can address those issues. We cover all title company fees and closing costs.

Due Diligence

We complete our due diligence along with the title company.

Closing

The offer amount is exactly what you take home at closing — no fees, no deductions. You’ll receive the full amount via wire transfer or you can choose to receive a check in person at closing.
